Marriage and Money- Talking prenups and post-nups with Ellen Rogin

Ellen Rogin is an amazing person with a radio show to support financial advisors in building their business. She is the best selling author of  Picture Your Prosperity and Messages from Money.  In this episode, Theresa shares about ways advisors can work with clients when there is financial discord. You’ll learn about how the Collaborative Divorce Process can potentially save money and even marriages sometimes. They talk about pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements – things you might not have thought about before and potentially should suggest. Lots of juicy advice here!

Avoid the Negative Spiral in Divorce

It was my pleasure to be a guest on the Professional Spotlight with Tami Wollensak. We talked about how divorce doesn’t have to be a painful transition. There is a way to create a new start in  a healthy manner so that all parties feel heard.

Trinity Family Law helps couples come up with agreements that empower them to move on with their lives.

Conscious Divorce & Spiritual Integration

My friend, Carol Saunders has had an amazing career as a engineer, Licensed Unity teacher, an ordained Interfaith minister and ordained Unity minister. She is someone who I admire personally, professionally and spiritually.

We met when the unique podcast ministry, The Spiritual Forum met in Deerfield. Based in Unity principles, she would give a talk and then pass the microphone for people to share. The ministry has shifted somewhat to being only a podcast focused on spiritual living, personal experiences of the divine while talking about world events, transformation and healing.

She and I had a fun conversation about my personal journey and how I have been able to integrate my faith into my career. We talked about the importance of listening to the still small voice of God and listening to the direction you are given – even if it doesn’t look like what you expect. She gets that divorce does not have to be a destructive process. We talk about Love in its many forms. I hope you enjoy it.

Creating the Love you want with Intentional Relationship Design

Listen to our conversation about using mediation to create satisfying, fulfilling relationships. In this episode we explore the exciting possibility of supporting people who are considering marriage to have deep conversations and create their relationship intentionally. She had a great idea – give the gift of Intentional Relationship Design (“IRD”) to engaged couples.

Susan Guthrie is a nationally recognized as one of the Top Mediators and Family Law Attorneys in the United States. Recently, she has created partnership with one of my mentors, Forrest (Woody) Mosten, to provide dispute resolution training. The Mosten Guthrie Institute supports those professionals dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate separation and divorce with dignity and respect.

In her podcast Divorce and Beyond, she talks with a wide variety of professionals to educate and inspire. It is an entertaining and informative guide to help people navigate the world of divorce and BEYOND.

How To Design Your Relationship So It Lasts

Who wants to upgrade their relationship? Transform your marriage instead of ending it.

Karen Covy has had an amazing career as a divorce attorney, coach, author and speaker. She has seen marriage from a variety of angles. Her book, “When Happily Ever After Ends”, was ground breaking when it was released in 2015.

Now she has a podcast to help people look at their relationship/ marriage and really examine what they want. It is a great resource for people who are trying to decide whether or not to divorce.

Theresa Beran Kulat, a pioneer in the field of Collaborative Process, stands for healthy relationships. If a relationship is ending, she takes a non adversarial approach to divorce by helping couples negotiate legal agreements through structured, goal oriented meetings, rather than fighting things out in court.
