Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy Applicable to the Use of This Website
Who we are
We recognize that you may be concerned about our use and disclosure of your personal information. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our policy below to learn what we, Trinity Family Law, may collect online from users of this website, and how we may use this information. By using our website, http://spe.157.myftpupload.com, you are accepting the practices described below.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
We collect information about our users several ways as described in the paragraphs below.
Directly from users using the “contact” form on the website, including your name and email address.
Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information such as a Social Security Number, date of birth, credit card number, bank account information, or any other financial information via the Contact form or attached to an email. If you submit any such information, you do so at your own risk, and we will not be liable to you or responsible for any consequences. We will use information provided on the contact form to respond to your inquiry such as setting an appointment.
Our contact forms are created and implemented by Formidable Forms. We do not track IPs with form submissions. Contact form submissions remain on our site for a period of 36 months. Users also have the ability to subscribe into our e-mail marketing program simultaneously. Once subscribed, the user has the ability to unsubscribe at any time.
We may also use the information provided to communicate with you in the future about new services or resources. You may opt-out of any future communications by unsubscribing.
Directly from users leaving a comment on a blog post if this feature is enabled on the site.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Via webserver logs when you visit our website.
We may track information about your visit and retain that information in web server logs to help us make changes to the website in the future that improve the user’s experience and to protect the website and its content from inappropriate use. For example, this information could include the date and time of your visit, the pages you visited on the site, and the number of links you clicked on within the site.
Via cookies when you visit our website.
Cookies are pieces of data that are sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer’s hard drive. They help you navigate to our website quickly if you have visited before so that you do not have to re-enter preferences each time you visit. The use of cookies is a relatively standard practice and most Internet browsers are set up to accept cookies. You can change your browser settings to either notify you when you receive cookies or to disable cookies. Please note, some features of our website may not function properly if you disable cookies.
By visiting this website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Embedded content from other websites.
Articles and other content on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Engaging with this content behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the content or privacy policies of these other sites. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. Following links included on this site will take you other websites which have their own privacy policies. We encourage users of our site to be aware when they leave our site and connect to another and to read the privacy policies of these other sites.
We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyse the use of our website
Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualise and personalise the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.
For more information on the privacy practices of Google, please visit the Google Privacy & Terms web page: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en
