What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Directly from users using the “contact” form on the website, including your name and email address.

Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary, or sensitive personal information such as a Social Security Number, date of birth, credit card number, bank account information, or any other financial information via the Contact form or attached to an email. If you submit any such information, you do so at your own risk, and we will not be liable to you or responsible for any consequences. We will use information provided on the contact form to respond to your inquiry such as setting an appointment.

Our contact forms are created and implemented by Formidable Forms. We do not track IPs with form submissions. Contact form submissions remain on our site for a period of 36 months. Users also have the ability to subscribe into our e-mail marketing program simultaneously. Once subscribed, the user has the ability to unsubscribe at any time.

We may also use the information provided to communicate with you in the future about new services or resources. You may opt-out of any future communications by unsubscribing.

Directly from users leaving a comment on a blog post if this feature is enabled on the site.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. Akismet spam protection

We collect information about visitors who comment on Sites that use our Akismet anti-spam service. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. I worked with Theresa Beran Kulat and the Trinity Family Law team to complete my divorce in less than one year. I had hope to use the Collaborative process but, in the end, followed a non-adversarial, uncontested approach. Theresa clearly explained what a judge would allow in the asset division and where there was room to negotiate. When obstacles were encountered Theresa presented me with different approaches to deal with the barrier.
