North Shore Weekend Article“There has to be a balance of head and heart, where both are engaged and both are honored,” Kulat said. “You can’t be all gushy-gushy Kumbaya because that doesn’t satisfy the needs of your client to analyze the numbers, but if you go into this [with your head only], you won’t connect with the client and empathize.”
